For many years, we – Nicole and Christoph Stock – have walked the same paths. We have gone on many adventures and we have travelled the world.

OUR DREAM: THE FIRST COTTAGE RESORT IN THE TYROLEAN OBERLAND.

In wonderfully idyllic Ladis, home of Nicole, we have made our first great dream come true: developing the first cottage resort in Serfaus.Fiss.Ladis in the Tirolean uplands. Both of us have seen and experienced tourism as the centre of our lives from childhood on. Lent a hand in our parents' businesses, learnt, studied. Always with one goal in mind: To make your holiday a truly unforgettable one.

We - Nicole, Master's degree in tourism and leisure industry, sensitive, in close touch with nature and with much love for her native land, and Tourism Management graduate Christoph, ÖHV-qualified hotelier and qualified sommelier, Zillertal native by conviction from beautiful Hintertux, patriot and perfectionist - are hosts through and through, always on the search for that something special. Be it as Advanced Open Water Diver or amateur pilot - we love the experience, the extraordinary, the special and like to see the world from its sunny side.

We love our family, the land and the people. Live Tirol. Love Tirol, are patriots and will remain so.
