The nine chalets that make up our cottage resort deliver many things at once: a romantic retreat for lovers. A safe haven of happiness for families. A quiet source of inspiration for anyone bringing their work to the mountains. Despite their unique charm, their individual character and their diverse details, our chalets have one thing in common: they are unique places in a unique environment, created just for you.

Which welcome us as humans with all our being. Which provide us with shelter and comfort. Which are simple and make us focus on the basics. At the same time providing space for conversation and tenderness, for rest and adventure.

Nature chalets with charm and character.

Our six chalets in the cottage resort Ladizium in Ladis Tirol are such places. On 130 m2 they define the term coziness, exude warmth and life. Fine materials, warm quilts, rock, wood... the alpine nature truly comes to life here. Feel free to retreat in it. Let go. With a pleased smile. By the open fire on the terrace in the garden, in the small library and in the Private SPA of your chalets in Ladis Tirol. Naturally in a privileged, sunny location near the cable cars of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.

THE HISTORY OF THE COTTAGE VILLAGE

As our tale “Ladizia and treasures of nature” tells, it was once a great magician who prepared the ground for our cottage resort. As such, our wish became a reality; to establish a serene and romantic atmosphere in a little gem of a resort with lots of character, born under an auspicious star.

Yes, this “Ladizium” is our dream come true, and this dream will be now be fulfilled in its entirety with the magician’s three new wishes:

• A play area for the little ones, which offers a safe little nest in any weather with a cosy cinema area for lovely films, 
  
• a laundry room for your favourite clothes, and
  
• a rock wine cellar – a mystical home where special “treasures of nature” can mature.
  

With this expansion, the 9 chalets, and our two sons, our dream has now come true in all aspects. Our incredible cottage resort in Tyrol is now complete – and a harmonious home for us and for you.
