We dreamed up and created a village of huts with ten nature chalets, which are many things: romantic retreats for lovers. Safe havens of happiness for families. Quiet sources of inspiration for anyone who wants to take their business to the mountains. And in every detail, in all their variety and uniqueness, they are always one thing: unique pieces. Created for you.

Places that welcome us as human beings in our entirety. Places that give us shelter and provide a sense of security. Simple places that direct our gaze to what is essential. And at the same time, make room for conversations and tenderness, for peace and experience.

More space, more freedom

Our ten nature chalets at the Ladizium chalet village in Ladis, Tyrol offer more space and privacy than a traditional hotel. Each chalet spans 200 m² and redefines cosiness in its own charming way – together, they radiate warmth and life.

Luxurious fabrics, cosy blankets, wood and stone … the alpine nature is truly tangible here. A place to retreat. To let go. To smile with contentment. By the open fireplace, on the terrace, in the garden, in the small library and in the private spa of your chalet.

Naturally, they are situated in a privileged, sunny location – close to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski lifts.

The history of the Hüttendorf¹

As told in our legend “Ladizia and the Treasures of Nature”, it was the great magician who prepared the ground for our Hüttendorf. Thus, our wish to create here a gem with character and a place of tranquillity with special romance came true under a lucky star.

Yes, this “Ladizium” is our dream come true – and now this dream is reaching its fulfilment with three further wishes of the great magician.

• A small outdoor playground and an indoor playground for the little ones, which also offers a cosy nest in wind and weather. Including a snug light playroom for wonderful film evenings.
  
• A laundry room for your favourite clothes

With this expansion of the Ladizium, the 10 chalets and our two sons, the dream is now complete. Our legendary Tyrolean Hüttendorf is now fully realised – and a harmonious home for us and for you.
