Deposit¹
Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the travel price must be transferred within 10 days.

Equipment for families with babies and young children

We want our youngest guests to feel completely at home with us. That’s why we offer you a comprehensive baby equipment package free of charge:
Sleeping: Toddler beds including bedding.
Eating: High chairs for shared meals.
Hygiene: Changing mat and nappy bin on request
Extras: On request, we will be happy to provide you with additional accessories.

Payment
You can pay your chalet bill in advance or on site in cash, by debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Breakfast theme
Every morning between 7:30 am and 9:00 am, we bring you a freshly filled breakfast basket directly to your chalet. Breakfast service is already included with every stay at Ladizium.
Your first breakfast includes everything you need for a delicious start to the day. After that, you decide what you fancy: via our ordering app, you can individually assemble your breakfast basket by 11:00 am the day before.
Many of the products come straight from the region, some even from farmers in the village.

Dogs welcome in chalet holidays
We are delighted to welcome your four-legged friend to selected chalets upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking so that we can have a cosy dog blanket, a dog bowl and clean towels ready for your arrival. This incurs a charge of €30 per day (excluding food).

Dogs are permitted in selected chalets and are also allowed in the restaurant. We will try to reserve a quiet corner for you. Please observe our dog rules on the chalet site.

Note on occupancy

The maximum occupancy stated per chalet applies to the total number of all travelling persons. Adults and children are always counted together. The respective number of people must not be exceeded; a booking with more guests is not possible.
Wald Chalet: max. 8 persons
Natur Chalet: max. 7 persons
Chalet Vis Montagna: max. 6 persons
Adler Chalet: max. 5 persons
Kuschelchalet: max. 2 persons

Infrastructure around the chalet village
The valley station of the Sonnenbahn (gondola to the ski area) is about 300 metres on foot from the chalet village. In the village centre, you will find a supermarket (about 500 metres away) and other restaurants nearby.

Short stays
A surcharge of €50 per chalet/day is applied for stays of up to and including 3 nights.

Child prices at Ladizium
Children up to 3 years – free
4–12 years €70 per day

Minimum stay

We have a minimum stay of 3 nights in our chalets!

Smoking

All our chalets are non-smoking accommodations.

Cancellation terms, cancellation fees and cancellation insurance

Please note: Once a reservation has been made, the cancellation terms of the Austrian hotel industry (AGBH2006) apply:

• Up to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% of the total arrangement price is charged;
  
• Up to 1 week before the arrival date, 70% of the total arrangement price;
  
• In the last week before the arrival date, 90% of the total arrangement price.
  

We recommend that you take out the Hotelstorno Plus insurance from the “European Travel Insurance” with every booking. The insurance will inform you directly about the refund amounts. You can also take this out via us. Please indicate this when booking.

Delayed arrival

Your journey is delayed and you arrive at Ladizium after 6:00 pm?
Please let us know in good time.
Planned late arrival: a brief email in advance is sufficient.

This will allow us to prepare your check-in accordingly.

Intermediate cleaning

We also offer intermediate cleaning of the chalet:
If desired – this incurs a small service fee of €75.
