Deposit
Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the travel price must be paid within 10 days.

Equipment for families with babies and young children

We want our youngest guests to feel completely at home with us. Therefore, we offer you comprehensive baby equipment free of charge:

Sleeping: Toddler beds including bed linen.
Eating: High chairs for shared meals.
Hygiene: Changing mat and nappy bin on request
Extras: On request, we will be happy to provide you with additional accessories.

Payment
You can pay your chalet bill in advance or on site in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Dogs welcome in chalet holidays
We are delighted to welcome your four-legged friend upon request in selected chalets. Please let us know already at the time of booking so that we can have a cosy dog blanket, a dog bowl and clean towels ready for your arrival. We charge €30 per day for this (excluding food).

Dogs are permitted in selected chalets and are also allowed in the restaurant. We will try to reserve a quiet corner for you. Please observe our dog rules on the chalet site.

Note on occupancy

The maximum occupancy stated per chalet applies to the total number of all travellers. Adults and children are always counted together. The respective number of people must not be exceeded; a booking with more guests is not possible.

Wald Chalet: max. 8 people
Natur Chalet: max. 7 people
Chalet Vis Montagna: max. 6 people
Adler Chalet: max. 5 people
Kuschelchalet: max. 2 people

Infrastructure around the chalet village
The valley station of the Sonnenbahn (gondola lift to the ski area) is about 300 metres on foot from the chalet village. In the village centre, you will find a supermarket (about 500 m away) and other restaurants nearby.

Short stays
For stays of up to and including 3 nights, a surcharge of €50 per chalet/day is applied.

Child prices at Ladizium
Children up to 3 years – free
4–12 years €70 per day

Minimum stay
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights in our chalets!

Smoking
All our chalets are non-smoking accommodations.

Cancellation terms, cancellation fees and cancellation insurance
Please note: Once a reservation has been made, the cancellation terms of the Austrian hotel industry (AGBH2006) apply:

• Up to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% of the total arrangement price is charged;
  
• Up to 1 week before the arrival date, 70% of the total arrangement price;
  
• In the last week before the arrival date, 90% of the total arrangement price.

We recommend that you take out the Hotel Storno Plus insurance from the “European Travel Insurance” with every booking. The insurance will inform you directly about the refund amounts. You can also take this out through us. Please let us know when booking.

Late arrival

Your arrival is delayed and you will arrive at Ladizium after 18:00?
Please let us know in good time.

Planned later arrival: a short email in advance is sufficient.
Spontaneous delay on the way: please report by phone on +43 5472 22 055

This will allow us to prepare your check-in accordingly.

Intermediate cleaning
We also offer intermediate cleaning of the chalet:
If desired – a small service fee of €75 is charged for this.
