We require a minimum stay of 3 nights at our chalets.
Short stay fee:
For stays lower than 3 nights we charge € 50 per chalet / day.
Children's laughter in the Ladizium:
Children up to 3 years - free
4-12 years € 60/day
Intermediate cleaning:
If desired - we charge a little service fee of € 75.
Dogs are welcome:
We look forward to meeting your four-legged family member. Please register your dog at the time of your reservation so that we can provide a dog blanket, a bowl and clean towels on your arrival. We charge a fee of € 30 / day (without food).
Payment:
You are welcome to transfer your chalet invoice in advance or pay it on site in cash, by EC or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Deposit:
A deposit of € 600 shall be made within 10 days after booking.

Cancellation terms:
Please note: Completed bookings are subject to the cancellation terms of the Austrian Hotel industry (AGBH2006),
until 3 month before arrival - no cancellation costs
3 till 1 month before arrival - 40 %
1 month till 1 week before arrival - 70 %
within last week - 90 %
We recommend taking out Cancellation Cover Plus Insurance by "Europäische". You can also book this insurance over us, please let us know when booking.
All chalets are non-smoking chalets.
