Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of a voucher within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

You can cancel particularly easily directly via our voucher page.

Below the voucher widget, you will find the button for the cancellation declaration. After clicking, a form will open that you can fill out and submit online.

Alternatively, you can send us your cancellation by sending a clear statement, for example by e-mail or letter.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation statement before the end of the fourteen-day cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including any delivery costs incurred. This does not include additional costs that may have been incurred because you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offered.

The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs for the refund.

The voucher affected by the cancellation will become invalid and can no longer be redeemed thereafter.
